Regional Driver: Run the Midwest, Home for the Weekend
Regional driving at Laufer means consistent Midwest lanes — Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, and Michigan. You'll be out 2–4 nights a week and home every weekend. No coast-to-coast marathons, no months away from home. Just good freight on good routes with a company that actually keeps its home-time promises.
What You'll Drive
You'll run our full range of equipment depending on the load: dry vans for enclosed freight, flatbeds for oversized and open deck loads, and curtain side trailers when the freight needs weather protection with easy side access.

Who We're Looking For
- 1Valid CDL-A license
- 2Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- 3Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or regional experience
- 4Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
- 5Willingness to run 2–4 nights out per week
